Return & Refund Policy
Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items, including but not limited to incorrect sizing, color preferences, or customer-provided design errors.
If your item arrives defective or damaged due to a production error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos clearly showing the issue. Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Items showing normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.
Holiday and special event hours may be adjusted, with updates shared in advance.
