What Is an NFC Business Tag?
NFC stands for Near Field Communication. It's the same type of technology that allows compatible smartphones and other devices to exchange information when they're brought close together.
We embed an NFC chip inside your custom tag and program it with a link of your choice.
When someone taps the tag with a compatible smartphone, they can be taken directly to your:
Instagram or other social media
Business website
Online store
Booking or appointment page
Digital business card
Review page
Menu
Other online destination
It's a simple way to turn something as small as a keychain into a marketing tool for your business.
Made With YOUR Business Logo
This is our favorite part.
These aren't generic NFC keychains with your business name printed underneath. We create the tag around your logo.
Your logo becomes the product.
Each tag is approximately 2.5 inches at its widest point, although the final dimensions may vary slightly depending on the shape and proportions of your logo.
Tags can be created using up to two colors, making them ideal for bold business logos that translate well into a clean 3D design.
Because we're working with 3D printing, some artwork may need to be simplified. Tiny lettering, gradients, shadows and extremely fine details don't always translate well into a 3D-printed piece, so we review each logo before production.
From a Logo to a Tap-to-Connect Tag
For our Flores de Puerto Rico tags, we transformed their beautiful floral branding into a dimensional pink-and-white tag.
But we didn't stop at making it look good.
Inside is an NFC chip programmed to connect directly to their online presence. Add the swivel clasp and key ring, and the finished tag can be clipped onto a handbag, backpack, keys, work bag or vendor setup.
